Can parents buy spotlight ads in my program?

Yes! We have a full-service ad selling platform built into LoCoPrograms.com. You can choose your ad sizes and prices, and we will take care of the rest—including creating an order form, allowing for information and photo uploads, and processing payments.

What sizes do you offer?

Our most common event program sizes are 8.5″x11″ and 5.5″x8.5″, however, if you’re looking for a specific size, let us know, and we’ll see what we can do to make that happen!

How many pages can be in my program?

When we bind with a double staple on the spine (our most common bindery method), your page count should be divisible by 4 — because we print on full sheets then fold those in half giving us four double-sided pages.

Your stapled booklets can include 8-72 pages – this includes 4 cover pages (front cover, inside front cover, back cover and inside back cover). For example, an 8-page booklet = 4 cover pages + 4 inside pages.

On 8.5″x11″ booklets, we can print up to 72 pages and on 5.5″x8.5″ booklets, we can include up to 48 pages, although page counts this high typically lead to programs not being able to lay flat.

Do I have to include content on all 4 cover pages?

No, you’re not required to. Some folks like to leave the inside front cover and inside back cover blank. But if you’d like to utilize all the space and add content to all 4 cover pages, you’re welcome to do that, too.

    What is print-ready artwork?

    • Artwork supplied at the correct size in PDF format

    • 0.125" bleed supplied on all sides of the artwork

    • All RGB/Spot/Pantone colors converted to CMYK. We will convert all files, but in doing so there might be slight color variations

    • A safe area of 0.25" on the inside of the graphic to ensure no critical text is cut off

    • All images within the design are at least 300 DPI (high resolution)

    • All images are embedded within the artwork

    • All fonts are outlined or embedded

    • Artwork supplied as pages and not spreads

We understand the above list looks daunting and this is why our production team are happy to lend a hand in identifying issues if they arise. We can fix some of these issues quite easily but others do take time and may incur an additional charge before going to print.
